Benmark Warranty Policy for Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings
Benmark extends this warranty to the original/first purchaser for personal household use of the “Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings” in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty Duration and Coverage
The warranty for any product shall begin from the date the invoice is generated and can be claimed by providing valid proof of purchase (invoice). Customers are required to keep the original invoice and warranty card in a safe place. Repair or replacement will be carried out by the company’s service center or authorized service associates.
Customer Responsibilities
All costs and expenses incurred for repair/service of the products, including travel of service personnel, transportation of the product and/or spare parts to and from Benmark’s branch office or authorized service center, shall be borne solely by the customer at the prevailing rates. Benmark will not be responsible for any damage to the product during transit for repair.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, exposure to hard water or mineral deposits, corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alterations to the product, or failure to follow the care or installation instructions included with the product. Use of abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, as well as abrasive pads, steel wool, or wire brushes, is prohibited as these can damage the finish.
Labor Charges and Removal Costs
This warranty does not cover labor charges or the cost of removal and reinstallation of the product. Benmark is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, property damage, or delays caused by product defects. Benmark accepts no liability for such damage.
Parts and Component Replacements
The company and its authorized service center reserve the right to retain any parts or components replaced under warranty at its discretion. Defective parts may be replaced with functionally new parts, at Benmark’s discretion. If the product requires replacement, the same model will be replaced. If the model has been discontinued, Benmark will replace it with a model of equal value at the time of purchase.
Component Color Matching
In the event that colored internal or external components are replaced, Benmark makes no commitment to ensure that the shades match the original product, as variations may occur due to continued use. If color matching is requested, such components will be chargeable.
Repair Timeframe
While Benmark will make every effort to repair the product as quickly as possible, it is not obligated to complete repairs within a specific timeframe.
Incorrect GST Information
If incorrect GST credentials are provided during the online ordering process, they cannot be modified once the order is dispatched.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover consequential liability, damage, or loss of property or life arising directly or indirectly from any damage to Benmark products. The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only.
Demonstration/Installation Exclusion
The warranty does not cover the demonstration or installation of the purchased product.
Excluded Components

Installation and Maintenance Responsibilities
Before installing a new Benmark faucet, customers must ensure that the existing water supply pipelines are free from debris, sediment, or blockages. Customers must avoid disposing of reverse osmosis (RO) reject water into regular sinks or drains, as it is highly corrosive and may damage the sink or waste pipe. RO reject water should be drained directly into a dedicated drain.
Returns and Refunds with Discount
If products are purchased using a discount and then some products are returned, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the discount originally applied, as the return may affect the order’s total value and eligibility for the discount. Products purchased at a specific price are not eligible for adjustments, refunds, or cancellations if the product goes on sale after purchase.
How to Claim Warranty
To claim warranty, customers must follow these steps:
- Send an Email/WhatsApp with the following details:
- Proof of Purchase (Invoice)
- Order ID
- Images and video of the malfunctioning product
- A Customer Support Executive will contact you within 24-48 hours to assist with the next steps.
- If a product under warranty requires replacement, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the damaged product to Benmark.
Warranty Timeline
This warranty is void if:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card) is not provided.
- The product was not installed/used according to the provided instructions.
- The installation site does not meet the recommended conditions outlined in the product manual.
- The product was damaged due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- The product experiences corrosion or rusting due to hard water or toxic sewage gases (for better resistance, 304-grade stainless steel is recommended).
- Damage is caused by third-party components, household pets, pests, or unauthorized dealers.
- The product has been subjected to exposure to harmful substances, acids, or chemicals.
- The warranty period has expired.
