Benmark Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

If you purchase a product from the Benmark website, we offer an easy return process within 30 days from the invoice date, allowing you to return products at your convenience.

We take utmost care in dispatching your order with damage-free packaging. However, if you suspect your package has been tampered with, please contact Benmark staff immediately via email or WhatsApp and record a video while unboxing it.

If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery, but have not received the package, please contact Benmark staff within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation.

• All returns are processed within 10 days from the date the return request is made.
• If you have purchased products from another online platform, please refer to that platform’s return policy.
• Customized Products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Customizations include:
  • Kitchen sinks with matte finish
  • Centre hole in shower drain channels
  • Matte finish in floor drains
  • Kitchen sink tap holes and RO holes
  • Colored/PVD coating on floor drains & shower drain channels

Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. Only unused items are eligible for return.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, reimbursements will be credited to your bank account. Bank details will be requested after we receive the return request within 30 days from the invoice date.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order by logging into your Benmark account.

• Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
• If your order has already been dispatched, you can choose to receive the product and then initiate a return if you no longer wish to keep the product.
